Our Story
From humble beginnings, to the next chapter of a 100 year long family story.
David and Charlie Holckner at Smorgon Steel

When we found ourselves in the middle of a familial divestment, we sought to ensure our family's success from over 100 years of business activities would continue for generations to come.

Part of the Smorgon Family, then the Holckner Group and now on our journey, we have always rolled up our sleeves and been involved in everything we do, with the aim that this will yield superior performance.

After a lifetime of business, growth and familial divestments, we founded Fintra. Fintra ensures the capital we have created and stewarded for years will continue to create multigenerational wealth. Fintra continues to invest this capital the ensure preservation and growth.
